She shares that she has grappled with being extremely slender her entire life, despite her efforts to gain weight through increased food consumption. Shockingly, the therapist made a comment about Aaliyah's weight gain since their last meeting. This insensitive remark deeply affected Aaliyah, and she shared how she had tears in her eyes throughout the massage session. Aaliyah became engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Shane Gregoire, during a romantic trip to Bali earlier this year.
